If a banned User attempts to gain access to the Service, the Service maintains the right to pursue legal action to collect actual and punitive damages, and any costs and attorneys fees that may be incurred. The venue for any legal action resulting from this agreement shall be in the United Kingdom.
The Service retains the right to refuse service to any User at any time.
