dream confusion

ok-i have a little issue with dreams, dreams that i do not want, which i guess are nightmares. this may sound confusing to you all but here it goes. I sometimes have a hard time with bad dreams, for instance, if i dream i cheated on my fiance' i confuse it with reality, my anxiety is a "what if" feeling, like did i sleep walk out of my house and do that? type scenario. it really bothers me and gives me the worst anxiety. let me know whoever reads what you think. i mean can i be doing this..ahhh.

Glad that you're still around.

Nightmares are caused by anxiety (among other things) which then causes more anxiety, and it's a vicious c***le. Very doubtful that you are cheating on your fiance during the night apart from in your nightmares :blink:

The nightmares might also be tied in with security issues. Dewey they might have some sites on the web about dreams and their meanings. I know that I shouldn't say it, cause I hate it when people say it to me but.............please try not to worry, I think when you've settled down a bit, the nightmares will stop.

thx for your reply. you can say whatever you want to me, its cool! Even when people tell me not to worry, they only tell me that to make me feel better and that is an effort to help by others, so i definetly thank you for that! you rock!

I guess in the back of my mind I know I didnt cheat in my sleep in reality, but I create my own stories when im awake. does that make sense? and than i start to believe them. Argh the mind is so tricky! hx libs!
