Hey whats up? Is there something specific that causes you to have panic attacks? I mean for example for me I hate being home and stress over my boyfriend when he doesn't text me and I feel unloved. Haha but anyways. I think it helps me to learn something. Perhaps read or do sudoku. I don't know your situation. I don't know if you have friends to call or text or if you can go for a drive. Or maybe you can work out. whenever I feel crappy I go out for a run on the treadmill! If you can't run inside then just do crunches or get some dance video. But I would like more information about WHY you get panic attacks. I've noticed mine happen only at home and stressing over boyfriend. i'm trying to cope with both. But also an important thing to watch out for is your diet! maybe drink green tea, no fast food or coffee. or coffee in small moderation's! No smoking either. But please tell me what you think starts these attacks? are you worried about work, love, feeling lonely, what?
