Hi JC Humble, welcome to the forum!

Here's some info that might help you & oopsiedoop find the chat (if you haven't already):

If you go to the main forum page, then scroll down to the very last Section,

"Anxiety and Phobia Chat! - A place to chat with others who are struggling with anxiety! NOTE: YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND LOGGED IN TO ACCESS THE CHAT ROOM BELOW!"

In that section, click the "Anxiety and Phobia Chat" which is above the "Click to enter the chat room". Once it loads, enter your User Name and click connect.

If you are unable to log in screen, try updating java or try another browser.

Sometimes the chat may be empty, so you may have to wait around for someone to show up. I try to be on there often myself
