Hi there Wullie my wonderful friend!!!
I'm not sure why or how the OPS (moderators) are chosen. Their job is to kinda watch out for any abuse of any kind going on in chat. How they pick them I have no idea the only conclusion I have come to is the ones that are in there 24/7 seem to get chosen. Thats all I see. So I hope that helps some Wullie. Don't take it personal your a great guy!!!!
