Hi, everyone. I`m here looking for a support group because I`ve been encountering the subject of my phobia (Spiders!!!) several times in the last week! I need some help and advice!!
Spiders are THE worst! I found that with my fear of them, I just took a few deep breaths and would tackle getting rid of the smaller ones, the big ones I still cannot handle. But steps at a time. And if you have someone around you willing to get rid of it, sometimes watching how easy the spider is overcome will sometimes help. And avoid any and all movies with them in it!
