    I hate being alone!!!

    My anxiety is triggered by being alone... Anyone else? It really stinks b/c I've always been so independent, but I seem to focus on every little thing I "feel" when I'm alone. Isy heart beating normal? Is my vision ok? How's my equilibrium? My body temp? Etc etc etc... It's nuts! In a crowd, or even one on one w someone, I'm full if life, lots of fun, outgoing, etc... But when I'm alone I'm a basket case! Any advice??? Ps so glad I have people to chat with who understands and doesn't judge

    my advice is to make a long playlist of music that makes you feel good.
    when you're alone just put in some headphones and jam out.
    also, it's kinda hard to let your mind wonder when you read books!
    find some books to read before you fall asleep (:

    I have social anxiety so I don't get your problem.

    I have the same thing im very social and out there vergeing on crazy in public at home alone i get just get this huge cloud of doubt and fear i call them Fear tornados they come out of no where and just crush me and mostly stuff i cant do anything about so im powerless to the winds of my fear tornado.
