hi everyone, how can i talk with someone about agoraphobia:?

Hi new boy, my mum suffered it for 10 years and now I'm going through anxiety problems myself which are made worse when I go out shopping or at work and I work in a hospital which is not good when your always trying to speak with the dr's because your sure there's some thing wrong.

are you talking in a real world situation or are you looking to talk to people on here as i have agoraphobia, i have no how to get over it advice but if your looking to talk to other people with it feel free to talk to me
