    Old friend

Im new on here so I don't really know what I'm doing! I have just starting suffering from anxiety and panic attack for the last 2 weeks after 9 years. I have got some tablets and they are just making me feel worse I don't know which way to turn. I forgot how horrible they are. I think I just wanted to know other people felt like this and I'm
    not going mad!

Hey Wils.. Changing meds does make you feel bad. YOu need to tell your dr. so that they know.. But my best advice is not to stop taking them without talking to them first.

    And welcome to the site.

Keep on Keeping on buddy.. Life gets bad, and it will pick back up.. Try to find something really fun to do today. You may not know what fun is right now, but try something new that you have never tried before. Maybe it will get your mind off the anxiety. I need to do this too. I really don't have anything to look forward to, but work, sleep, food, etc.. according to my doc, she said I need to have something in my life that I look forward to when I wake up. I am still searching for that. If you have any ideas, please share them
