well first off congrats on that achievement

&its just like an exposure therapy right??
my cousin cured her anxieties that way.
she tried helping me with it but i am yet to take the first step and try it out :/

    hope you keep progressing!

I have heard its a very good way to cure it, I got that panic puzzle off here and t says to do the same thing, make your anxiety worse so that way you are controlling your body and thoughts. I'm still yet to try and figure out to actually doo that an make it worse.. Lol but I think you should try it an see how it all goes and keep us updated! You really will have to apply yourself to it to make it work I think (:
    Good luck!

that's exactly like the panic away program i got! i just keep trying to suppress my bodily sensations instead of actually "flowing" with them. its reallly hard!!

It works, Just that we suffer a lot in the process.
I Used to have a tremendous amount of anxiety when I have to go to a job interview, But after several times going through it.
I feel very comfortable when I have to take a job interview.

ive tried this techinque before too. my therapist told me to write 10 things that i fear the most of doing. I was exposed to least fearful one first. its all about building confidence in my opinion. its also as someone said, desensitises your bodyly sensation that you felt in the panick situation. i think its a good technique. it is torchure but it makes u realise that the symptoms are psychological, they do not harm your body and that you come out of the situation alive. x
