This is my introduction, about 10 years ago I had panic attacks because I took to much sudafed since I wouldn't rest by when getting a cold but kept on going. I also used Afrin.
The panic attacked delt with a stuff nose and blocked or stuffy ears. After that I kept poping my ears all day long for 6 month.

Now I suffer from a stuffy nose and get tremendously anxious about it.
I want to work on it since it's real bad, driving my wife crayzy.
