I'm in the same boat as you Awkward Female. I'm depressed and spend most of my days in bed.
I bought a bike to exercise but haven't used it. I just have no interest. Summer is supposed to be fun, but I stay in. I feel so safe and more relaxed in my cozy cocoon. I haven't been going to church since June.
I've started doing sit-ups. I don't have a routine I just do them when I feel like it.
I also walk a few miles a day in that sweet texas heat.
I've been eating healthier as well but I've somehow been gaining weight. I used to be 122 and now I'm 129. I feel fatter but people say I don't look like I gained weight. Makes me kind of nervous nonetheless.
