Ugh, I have a terrible phobia of all diseases. Cancer, ANYTHING. Any symptom makes me freak out. I stay up all night ready to go to the ER. Help me! Now I have freqeunt nosebleeds and weakness, and my crazy mind thinks I have Leukemia. I can't take this. I'm having panic attacks, and one right now. JOY. OH JOYY JOYY JOYY. Somebody ANYBODY help me!
i still get like this and i have panic disorder with agroaphobia and anxiety....it is always going to pop up in your mind you just have to try and refocus your mind on another subject! try singing a song in your head or counting , that tends to help some for me!!!
I am the same i put it down to fear of dying. Anything that changes physically with me slightly i freak out. I get myself so scared its the same fear as someone has put a gun to my head. I dont want to travel incase a virus breaks out. I didnt go out of my house when sars was around!! thinking the worst. It really takes over your life. you dont want to leave the house and you dont really want to tell your friends how your feeling because its just not normal.Originally Posted by kbandouil
