    It's just adrenaline

    The one thing to remember is that it's just adrenaline that truly affects us and to minimize the scope of our disease. The most important thing is to burn it off as often as you can and it will help allieviate your frustration to our disorder

    Couldn't agree more. I've found that walking everyday makes me feel a million times better!
