Cody,
Thanks for the info on meds. I was on lexapro previously and it worked good for the anxiety but I was so tired all the time that I could not function! I am curious to ask my doc now about the adderal tho cuz its that out of body experience that starts all my probs so if that really helps with that I would like to try it! Let me know what u find out about the Charles Linden thing K
Yes. The Linden method helped me drastically in understanding and overcoming my anxiety. If you do everything his method says, it will work. It's not easy, but you have to stick with it. In 3-4 weeks I felt like I had a grasp on my anxiety and was able to enjoy my normal activities. The main focus of his program is treating anxiety as a bad habit and breaking it.
I have been having anxiety again a bit lately (thats why i'm on this site), but it is because I have fallen into the bad habits again. My Mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer a few months ago and I think that would trigger anxiety in just about anyone. Anxiety is always there and it is all about learning to find a healthy balance and enjoy..I know, easier said than done.
To be honest, i downloaded the entire program on (btjunkie dot org), but it is totally worth the money and I would recommend buying it
I hope this helps,
FF
