    Reaching Out From Muddy Waters

It's been about 4 years now that I haven't left the house by myself (husband in always with me). I'm BiPolar (mild & medicated) and Agoraphopic with a fear of driving. I tried some therapy about 3 1/2 years ago but didn't find it helpful - maybe I wasn't 100% ready for the help and the therapist and I didn't have very good chemistry which makes a difference too. Thought maybe I'd make some contact with others in similar situation and isolated in such a way in this forum. Friends are scarce and family really doesn't understand, maybe out of sight out of mind - I'm trying to stay positive, sometimes it's a struggle, but I'm always looking for ways to keep busy and happy and hopefull I'll have a full life again someday someway. Cheers
