How does it work for you?
I've noticed a little bit reduced nightmares upon first falling asleep, but the longer I sleep or if I wake it doesn't really do much. And this is just a reduction anyway, but I need all the help I can get...
But I get really dizzy, especially when increasing dosage and sometimes have had to be picked up off the bathroom floor in the morning.
And if I miss a dose I have to start almost all the way over and increase from there...
Is it worth it? (maybe that is a question for me)
Have you tried anything different with success?
Do you have PTSD?
