    Bianka,
    This sounds like racing thoughts. No matter how much you want to stop racing thoughts you cannot. I think you could try a nice long hot bath. We can have scary and evil thoughts but we don't have to nest in them. What helps me is to praise God, praise God, over and over again until they are gone. You are not to blame for these feelings and thoughts so don't punish yourself for them, but you don't have to accept them as yours. Just keep praising God over and over which is objective thinking and don't let these thoughts stay with you. I might add we are humans but we are still flesh akin to animals there is that side of us the animal side I mean.

    It is such a releif to know Im not the ony one with it this bad!!! If I know I am going to be alone I get shaky, sweaty and start thinking of a way out of it!! I am agoraphobic too but this is an issue I am slowly getting over but it has been a long hard road!!! I am currently under CBT for it (cognitive behaviour therapy) but the next step is scrin the jeebies outta me! I have to be alone for just 15 mins and I am so scared I cannot do it!
