I can relate to being agoraphobic, I am also 45 and have had this problem for years. Have been off work from the hospital I work at for 2 years mostly do to this problem. Would love to get back to the way I was. Hate having to rely on others to do things for me. If you feel like chating I am always around.

I sure understand. I also starting with panic attacks and then they had almost gone. Then all of a sudden I wasnt able to go to the bank alone, the grocery store and then just continued to get worst. I also hate what this has done to me. I hate the person that I have become. Great job, Gone. Hate being alone and funny enough lately hate having othes around. What a life/ Sure hope to get better one day soon. Lise

I will if I can get my custom candels going. All sales are done online, and the shipping will be done through UPS or FEDEX. They will come to your door to pick up everything. It is the only thing I can come up with that will let me have my own money, and finally decide if I am going to divorce my hubby or not

For me, fighting it creates more anxiety. I have to fight it with kindness.

I've been housebound now for 7 years with a few stints in the mental hospital. I'm resigned now to the fact that i may never get over this illness. It's because we think too much. Where as other people are conditioned to the daily routine effortlessly. What now with the internet, which i think can be a bad thing. With all this information and freedom to communicate, it can help us talk about stuff we wouldn't in real life. In real life lots of people don't understand.
