Any other agoraphobics out there?

Hello , is any one out there? I have had agoraphobia for over 20 years now. Though I have just learned from my adult son afew days ago it is called monophobia. I is amazing to me because all the doc & and therapist I have paid so much time & money toward has never pin pointed my issue. So where to go from here? Any ideas ? Thank you for reading. saw your message and wondered how you managed to get over your agoraphobia - I haven't left my house since December - and then it was to be hospitalized. My husband keeps talking about the near future as a time when I would be leaving the house, but I can't imagine myself ever leaving.

i have been near enough house bound for 5 years with it. it is deffinatly a prison like life except its for people who have done nothing to deserve it. i have no answers on getting over it as i have not but i am always willing to talk to anyone who wants to
