there is an old book that was probably written in the 50s but it has helped me alot it is called mental health through will training by robert lowe and i think it can be purchased at amazon . com it tells you that when you get a panic attack your symtoms are distressing not dangerous and that you can move your muscles and your brain will follow so dont just sit there and fret get up walk believe me youcan walk farther then you think even if it is in the house
