    Cool there is help out there

    hi I think for me the only hellp has come in the form of medication i was on xanex and it made me feel good sometimes bad other now I am on lexapro and klonapin and I almost feel like my old self again what a difference so go out there and see a therapist and get on some meds there is help out there dont be afraid

    Yes there is help out there. I consider myself very lucky. I have a great psychiatrist a great councler and my mother is awesome. Still playing with meds though.

    my doctor wont give me xanax as it is not available on the nhs. do you know if the other meds you are on are available to uk residents ?

    I assume you mean the united kingdom and I dont know cant you check on the internet and when you say your doctor do you mean your gp or a psychiatrist because my general practitioner would only give me xanex I had to go to my friends psychiatrist for lexipro and klonipin so check around
