    Hi,
Ive been suffering with panic attacks now for 3 years.
Ive felt recently that im getting the better of them.
Then this morning out of the blue ive had a huge panic attack.
Ive got problems with my son. He lives with his partner and young daughter.
Im wondering if the stress he has put me through these last 2 years is the reason for the start of my panic attacks.
We havent had contact with him then last week he txt me the most horrible txt ive ever read.
Ive tried to ignore it and get on with my life but it is really difficult.
Could the upset hes causing me be the reason ive had the panic attack? Im worried now if they will keep on returning.
When im anxious I get psorisis and my psorisis has also returned.

    Take care

    Dear Lynn
First of a huge welcome to the forum ,secondly by reading your post above it does sound to me as though the stress of what you are going through with your son is indeed causing the return of your panic attacks

I know myself from experiance that any stress atall my anxiety and panic intesify 100 times more, personally i would suggest you maybe if you aint done so go talk this over with your gp

You will find loads of support both on here and in our chatroom too,i wish you all the best

Lynn I have spoken to you in chat.

I am sorry to hear that you are being treated badly by your son.

I wish I could give you advice but I just dont know what would be the best solution for you as I have never experienced this myself. The only thing that I could suggest as a temporary measure is to change your mobile no to stop getting these horrible messages. Does your daughter speak to him? Has anyone spoken to him (other than yourself) to tell him that what he is doing is bordering on harrassment? I think he needs to be told this.

    Thinking of you

    Hiya Lynn

I'm sorry to hear your having a rough time at the moment ,

I agree with dino there when I'm going through some kind of stress my anxiety goes through the roof.

Sometime we think we are coping better than we thought we would but then bang out of the blue a panic attack,

I hope that things improve for you.

    Love
    Anna
