    Dear Wendy
I am sorry to hear about your dizziness ,reason i am replying to your post is to ask is it a feeling of everything spinning round or a feeling of things moving that are stationary ,i have had the latter so severe for the last 5 months hence my reason for being housebound again

Please let me know if you get any meds that help as i am here at the end of my tether with this aswell ,sending you a huge hug and hope you feel better soon

hi dino ,,, thanks for reply ,,, its hard to decribe my dizzyness ,,,i can only say its like a feeling of uneasyness and sometimes i feel very head tentioned (if that makes any sense) been getting lots of tention headaches too so not too sure what to make of it ,,,been docs soooo many times in the last 8 weeks and they keep assureing me its anxiety and not a brain problem (whick i keep thinking it is )but the fuzzy feeling just wont go away ,,so if its anxiety and the funny head wont go and visa versa ,,i cant seem to see a end to this problem ,,,been adviced to take a small course of meds but too scared to take them at the mo incase they make me worse then i already am ,,,, im such a mess at the mo is unbeliveable ,,and to top it all ive got a 21 month old baby and a 4 year old boy and my partner is just about to start working nights for the next 2 weeks (i hate being alone through my fear of dying)sending you massive big huggs babe speak soon wendy ,,, are you taking meds if so what are you taking and how do they help ?????

    Hi Wendy
I really do feel for you as i have the same fear of dying like your descibing aswell

As for meds i am atm withdrawing from diazapams i know this is not the cause of my severe lightheadness etc as i have had it before

I want to say i have been on loads and loads of differant meds in the last 12 years and i seriously wish i had never ever put any in my gob as in my own personal opinion all they have done is made my anxiety .panic etc 100 times worse and before anyone goes jumping down my throat for saying this it is my opinion as i know meds do work for some but sorry they never did nowt for me

Wendy i can relate to the tension headaches and another problem i seem to have is i always sound as though i have a head cold even at times when i dont ,due to my agoraphobia which i believe would be cured if i did not have this severe lightheadedness i cant make it the 5 mins to my doctors i called him a few weeks ago saying i cant go on like this to be told he thought i had a sinus infection gave me some nasel spray but it did zilch ,so i'm sat here thinking brain tumour you name it wendy i think i have it i swear im not a complete nutter just so pissed of that i cant cured of all this and lead a sort of half normal life if you know what i mean

Due to your panic wendy i was wondering do you maybe breathe to fast then get loads of air hunger i was told many times this is another cause of the severe lighthesadness but i cant seem to break the cycle ,wish i was of more help here instead of sounding like a complete fruit, please let me know how you get on

    love Dino

    hi dino
please dont put yourself down hun ,,,anxiety is a nasty thing to have to deal with on a daily basis (your not a fruit bat ) i still cant shake the feeling that there is something else wrong with me ,,,i think i go back to docs for more checks ,,,sometimes it comes on without warning ,,, sat down to eat my dinner earlier and come over all funny kind of like i was going to faint,,, within about 20 to 30 mins the feeling had passed and i felt ok again ,,, still a bit fuzzy headed but not faintish (if that makes sense)its been going on for a few months now and really would like answers ,,,got my last oppointment with phycotherpist (spelt wrong) on wednesday so curious where that is gonna lead ,,,also got a course of group theropy coming up in december and ccbt course (hopefully asap )waiting to be confirmed ,,, fingers crossed i can get this little devil out of my system once and for all ,,,, keep your chin up hun ,,,and remember we are all here for you ,,,pm me anytime if you fancy a chat ,,,you always there to answer my post and id like to do the same for you speak soon wendy x
