I dont know what my name means. I think it has something to do with fish or the rings arround one of jupiters moons. Or it could be the name of that plastic piece on the end of shoe laces. Well the world may never know now. It can go down in history along with the mystery of the spynix and the cream filling in a twinky.

Mines pretty boring and simple. ffmed=firefighter paramedic because thats what I am. Been a vollenter ff for 15 years and a medic for 6. Its funny those things cause me streeses but I don't think I could give them up......they have become to much a part of who I am.

Good question! Mine is not actually my real name. I think the name is pretty and I think it would suit me if I had to chose another! It was also the name of my best friend after I moved to a new school. I was 7 then. She was lovely, so I have positive associations with it. (In case you're wondering, we unfortunately lost touch after she moved the following year).
I think our nick names allow us the freedom to suit our needs of it here.-It can be funny, positive, meaningful or give us a sense of security by hiding behind a different name when we try challenging things like joining this group (many of us I know find it so hard). When I'm a bit stronger, maybe I'll tell you my real name! :huh:
