    hi folks,
    at the weekend a was sleeping but a woke threw the nite, my wife said a was totally boiling and shaken. she says a was dreaming but when a woke a took the worst pannic attack a can remember and the first for months, at the time a didnt relise a was pannicing a thought a was DEAD! it was weird as a new, something was wrong with me but a thought a was dead or dying a asked my wife 2 get my diazipam and took 40mg, when am only supposed 2 take 22mg a day. just wondered if any 1 else has woke up threw a dream and dont remember what the dream was but still started 2 pannic?

    Don't feel stupid...I have had this happen. I think it is because we are asleep and when we wake up for some reson we feel weird anyway. And with the panic on top of that I think we get those feelings a bit more then others. But I think Wullie it comes down to just being asleep and waking up and feeling drowsy and funny from being asleep. You have that half awake half asleep feeling and that causes us to panic becuase that feeling itself feels weird to US.
    I hope that made sense Wullie I am rambling abit but I'm just not sure how to explain what i am trying to say so I hope you can understand what I mean... :unsure:
