I am fine driving until I have to pull on to the rode. I get very anxious and misjudge the oncoming cars very poorly. I get so nervous that I'll miss countless opportunities to get on the road and it magnifies by 100 if someone is behind me. It takes me so long to be able to pull out. One day I honestly think I lost my mind a second I almost just ran out of the care, where I would have ran to I have no clue. I hate holding people behind me up like this.

i thought i'd posted a reply to you the other day but i could've been mistaken.
anyway, the basis of it was, you could try some relaxation before driving to help keep you calm. also you could practise pulling out at junctions when it's a quiet time on the roads, there's way less pressure on you then. if there's people waiting behind you, let them wait. if they're that late and in a rush, they should have left sooner, not your problem. personaly, i'd try practising when the roads are less busy. get yourself a little confidence. hope this helps a bit.
