I too thought I had my anxiety under control and I have had this disorder for 30 years Wrong! For the past three weeks they have been getting progressively worse and I too am waiting to see my doctor...

just looking for some one to talk too with the same problems i have anxiety, depression and no one who really gets why its not my choice to be this way
