Does anyone else feel that ptsd as ruin there life and do you deal with flashbacks ?

Whats the point of trying to fight ptsd or depression when its already ruin and engulfed your world and life ? cant move forward cant move back whats the point

my mood as dip really low try music that not working alcohol helps me crash out but not with the thoughts

i just feel crap and invisable cant let anything go or wash over me

im guessing comforter is asking what cause your ptsd? i maybe wrong thou? takecare
