hi i was a soldier till may of this year when my life spiralled out of control after spending some time in nettley ward in catterick hospital i was diagnosed with ptsd iv been living alone now for the past nine weeks an struggling to find some sort of chatroom for ppl like me im terrified of leaving my house as twice already iv been arrested by police an taken to hospital im not sure what else to say about myself if you have any questions feel free to ask
