Biography:

I have PTSD and Agoraphobia due to being assaulted and raped four years ago. I had some pre-existing issues come back to life after this incedent. I thought this might be a good place to meet others like share stories and be a support group for me as I am now 100% housebound. I take medications and weekly therapy via teleconference and have an upcoming lawsuit later this month that I have to fly out of town for and of course face what happened to fight for my justice. I do suffer terrible panic attacks to the point my throat feels like it's swelling up and I hyperventalate. I have gotten better at preparing myself ahead of time for triggers and such. If someone reads this and I am not in the right place for me please let me know. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing how this works. Thank you
