Well I'm here like everyone else, to talk about my panic attacks.
I suffer with Thanatophobia - a fear of dying or death....
I suffer with simple fears too like heights, flying, clowns and spiders. But my worst fear is death.

I studied animal care at college, im a big animal lover, grown up with pets all my life.
I love to read, chatting with friends, big clean freak haha, like to keep busy throughout the day, either with my pets or on my own.
