  1. I read an old ... diary?... entry of mine. I don't know what really to call it... because I never keep writing consecutively in them (I really am resistant to forming new habits like that) so whenever I rediscover them it's usually been years since I last wrote in them.

    I found one such entry from 2009 when I was around 15... it's weird to read the diary entry of a completely depressed girl and then realize.. wow that was me. It's a bit rattling to look back and see how much you've changed and grown just by the writing. It made me smile to read that old content (though it was essentially 'why don't I just give up and kill myself ')

    I think I like to have these kind of "entrance to the past" it really seems to help ease some burdens of today, y'know?
    I think I might write a yearly letter to myself to open in say... five years time? (I've actually been pondering around this idea for a long time).

I'm seventeen. I'm obese currently at 245 and fearing getting fatter. I have agoraphobia- as long as I have someone with me though I will and can go outdoors, but I'm loathe to go so on my own. I've had a bad roller coast of a childhood in the terms of emotional stability-- looking back I can see that I was a miserably depressed child. I'm good where I am now, I've survived but now I want to live, so here I am looking for support to get over the remaining issues.
