Hello Adria, I'm so sorry you are feeling depressed and anxious and nervous. This feeling on a regular basis can be very undermining to us. I felt the same way, that I needed to vent and that I didn't have anyone to vent to. Find a way to vent your feelings if you can, by journalling, or taking about 10 min daily to just only allow happy or neutral feelings in you. It doesn't seem like much, but much like a muscle only needs three seconds to reset if you take the pressure off of it, taking time to exercise your ability to relax will make it come much easier. I would recommend going to youtube and using a meditation guide to help you through it. Hello Adria! I'm doing fine, but going through some trying times right now. I'm going through a divorce, so my energies are being taken up with that.
