Hello, just wanted to say hello as this is my first post at the board...


I have been dealing with anxiety all my life to some extent but it really go to the level of disrupting my life about 8 years ago. I have been trying to get the right balance in my life to get it under control for all those years with good and bad results.


Bust I don't want to strat off by writing a book so I will see you all on the board... :wacko:

Hello I'm mama. I have panic anxiety disorder. I am so glad you have found this site. It is a place where you can be understood and let all your venting out. We all understand to some extent what you are going through whether we have the same disorder or not we know how these things affects ppls lives. We understand how the disorder can stop you from living the way you want, and how it can make you sad and angry. We understand what it is like to just wish you were someone else for a few minutes so we wouldn't have to live like this. We understand that is a long hard road....
But we also understand that together we are strong and will make it through this! Somehow somewhere we do have that strength that keeps us happy and ok. I know you will be ok..I know we will be ok......just dig deep and find that inner strength I know is there.... :) Someday we will not only find our real selves again..but someone much better and stronger.

I hope you enjoy yourself here as much as I do, and that you find everyone caring and understanding as we all suffer from our own disorders. I have bipolar and anxiety (social) and lately sleeping problems.

It is very nice to meet you Ray and I look forward to reading your posts.
