This Is really great for a lot of anxiety people. Get some raw pumpkin seeds from the health food store where they are fresh and eat 1 table spoon in the morning and another one in the evening and it will help many people with panic attacks. I have known a few people that became anxiety free from them and for me it worked for a while but i had gave up on them and i think my problem is to much pain meds that keeps my anxiety going. If you try this make sure to keep the seeds in the freezer so they do not go rancid.
I may try going back on them again and see if they will work like before. Just keep in mind if you eat to many you will get diarrhea.

I have dry roasted pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds on my porridge every morning. Perhaps that's why I have a spring in my step lately! :)
