Hi Louise
Welcome to Phobics Awarness.
I also suffer with Agoraphobia and other things
You will find loads of support advice etc in the chat room.
Baby steps is a good way to start dont set your challenges too high at first and reward ur self for your efforts and accomplisments
You say you took meds but they make you feel rough there are other options like cbt (cognitive behavioural therapy ) counciling, dbt .
maybe one of these options may be of some help to you. I myself do cbt and even though its very hard its very rewarding
Hope to see you in the chat room
