Hot Weather!

Hello everyone

A little unusual for me to post I know, but it's this hot weather. Does anyone else suffer MORE anxiety, tension and panic when it's hot?

After about an hour of pacing the floor, sweating, feeling faint, not breathing properly and panicking, I have just managed to sit down at the comp.

I don't think I'm really even that hot, I just think I am rofl!! Well at least I can laugh now. However the reason for the calmness at the moment is because I have just picked up a copy of Dr Claire Weekes books and found a bit called 'dreading hot weather'. Apparentley the blood vessels dilate in hot weather which can bring symptoms similar to those of nervous illness. Well as soon as I read that I felt calm <_<


So. I hate the winter and hate the summer when it's hot, there's no pleasing some people, is there? LOLOLOLOL

Well now I'm really tired, they say that a panic attack is like having run 5 miles, cripes I wonder how many miles I've run today? lols

Hot weather makes my spaceyness worse and in turn my anxiety even worse. And whatever I had s tarted during the summer. I hate summer and hot weather, I prefer freezing winter anytime. It's easier for me to warm up than to cool down.

I think with the hot weather it reminds me so much of what it feels like to have a panic attack so therefore I as well do not like being hot. If it gets SUPER hot and muggy and you feel like you can't breath that makes it tough too..you just feel like screaming and saying GIMME THAT FAN NOW!!!...hehe

With me living in the very deep SOUTH of the US it gets very hot and humid here. Anywhere from the high 90's into th 100's http://bestsmileys.com/undersun/3.gif I hate hot weather because when I get hot it makes me very nervous and panicky. So I also keep something cold to drink at all times with me, and hope and pray that there is bathroom close by LMAO. Libby I have found that when I'm outside and get really hot, I always come inside and take a cool shower, not a COLD one. Sorry for the rambling hun. LOL
And COLD weatherhttp://bestsmileys.com/cold/8.gif makes me hurt so why cant there be just a happy medium ya know all year long......LOL

Phew! I couldn't stick the heat that you have!! Glad I don't live there lololol.

I tend to stay indoors on the really hot days, although in this country thank goodness we don't get many, lol. Good job at the moment that I'm not working, although a couple of years ago we had weeks and weeks of very hot weather and I was working, so I should realise that I'm not gonna die!!

Unfortunately I dont have a shower :( , that's a bit poo init, lol.
