I was sat here on my comp as usual when a knock came to my door hubby went to answer it shouts diane a suprise for you
It was sandra my old cpn from five years ago now i know that sounds dilly but she had moved back to Australia where she is now a nurse in a pychiatric ward her mum who is irish and there neighbour a elderly gentleman who they told me just had his leg amputated 2months ago was also with them :)
In my dizzy panicked stupour i forget to put the nutter puppy out well ffs he near kills the poor manie but they thank god have such a sense o humour laugh and say oh its ok ffs leave the poor dog alone
We even laughed when i reminded her how she was a dottled cow when she one day in her car she for a min must of thought she was still in oz and was driving on wrong side of the road and how for weeks i had tormented her by saying to all i knew new way to treat panic just go in a car with dottled sandra kill or cure
I was so happy to see them all but cos this detachment constant anxiety it marrs even special occasions like this but you know me i try so hard to put on a brave face acting the goat ,sandra bless her heart though saw straight through me and hugged me saying how disgusted she is that i have not been given extensive CBT as she said she knows that for me it would help
Well this post aint about my shite anxiety etc it is about how i feel so blessed that she after all this time still remembered me and took time out to come all this way and visit me she brought me a huge box o choccies to and was great to know that people like her still care :) http://dl8.glitter-graphics.net/pub/115/115448yjf3jupfbk.gif ('http://www.glitter-graphics.com')
