I've been here for a while but this is my first introduction to you all.
My nickname is Brunob and I hail from newfoundland Canada, I joined the chat room about a month ago and have found everyone there to be very supportive .
For the last 20 years I have suffered from Ocd and depression and for only the past five have been treated for it. I can't believe that I suffered for as long as I did with this condition and didn't realize how bad it was until I got better.I still have relapses occationally but feel much more like my old self again.
This forum and chat reallly helped me understand that I was not alone in my battle and people do understand, also I can help others who are suffering from the same.
Just my bit of chatter, hope to talk with you all in chat .
