Hi am new to this site!

Maybe i should say a little about myself.

Am a 25 year old Male, have been diagnosed as suffering from Panic attacks for the past 3months. This is all new to me so i've come here to discover how i can get it under control and talk to others in the same boat!

Haven't been diagnosed as an anxiety sufferer but i know that i do suffer from it! Sometimes i get depressed other times i'm ok. Who knows!

Let my journey of discovery begin!
