Yearly physical. Ok so he said my lungs sounded great, then went to the heart and said *you sure are anxious* lol, he said my heart sounds great and then laughs and said *wow, it slowed down a lot too...hmmm, wonder why* :lol: He said he wont do my BP (bc he knows I HATE it) and I said it was ok he can (cant believe I told him he could!!!!). It was 140/90 and he wasnt concerned at all. Before I left I said do you want to take it again to see if it went down and he started laughing. He said 140/90 didnt worry him at all but he would take it again...130/80 which I feel much better about. BUT now thinking what if he just said that to make me feel better and it was the same or even higher?! UGGH. I asked about my iron stores (they were low last year with my bloodwork) and I dont know what he was saying but pretty much said the stores were low and something was high...all normal! Oh and they did check m thyroid which was fine. I was wondering about that! I do have to get bloodwork again, he does it yearly :angry: Last year I went June 30th so I'll wait until the end of June.

Oh and what sucked was I meant to ask if he thought I had a sinus infection bc Im stuffed up but I forgot. What was weird too is last year he felt my neck/throat and stomach and didnt this time....IDK why.

great job, and the yearly blood work will come back ok. as far as your sinuses, it is that time of year. do you have a headache? warm washcloth on your face across the bridge of the nose and on forehead will help. eat lots of garlic, natural antibiotic, and honey and lemon juice, honey is also an antibiotic and lemon juice is a natural antihistamine/decongestant. if your snot turns flourescent green, you need something more.

Thank you Lost!!! Last year my bloodwork showed low iron stores and my dr said to just take an iron pill a day. He told me it was normal. The anxiety in me is saying what if its cancer and this year the iron is worse. I sometimes get the sinus headaches, more of a pressure in my head/sinus area. OMG I eat tons of garlic lol. When I tell people they think Im nuts. Im using a neti pot, did you ever hear of that. Right now the snot is clear.

hope your iron is ok, mine gets low and i actually crave spinach, yuk, and raw hamburger, double yuk. the warm wet on your face and even the top of your head will help to break up congestion and help with pain. i actually take high dose garlic and vitamin c for infections, and honey which is also good for cough and sore throat. i hate taking chemicals if i can avoid it. i also eat a lot of garlic and c rich foods. never heard of a neti pot, what is it?

thanks for the link, i will have to think about that one. it would probably help with my sinus problems, but not sure i could do it. i had a PA reading it.

Lost, yeah the 1st few times were weird and I stopped after a little while. My sisters co/worker has BAD sinus problems and this has helped her so much! Now Im trying to use it daily.

well done for making your sppointment i always concern myself omg thinkin they r gonna tell me im on my last legs an when u hear ur not five mins after i think i am again, as others im also always bunged up personally i feel its my anxiety cause wen i get anxious my nose seem s jus 2 wanna close hey who knows were not docs but if we was we uld tell them straight lol, congrats hunxxx
