Hello everyone Im Mark call myself markUK in chat.

I suffer with Anxiety and Panic attacks.

I started with it a long time ago but got through it and didnt have it for about 3-4 years... after leaving my job it seems to have crept up on me again... so im just in the process of beating it down again ;)

Im at the stage where I have secondary anxiety the depression of wanting it gone :)

It will in time I know, done it before!

It's prob cos u have left work why your anxiety is creeping back!
I find when I'm occupied doing something then my anxiety isnt so bad.

Hope u find the support u need to get back on ur feet again.
This site is full of great peope.
