Hiya Bet,

vitamin B12 seems to be the best for anxiety etc, But not sure of the dosage though,

Might be worth looking up on line or asking your local pharmacy.

Bet,
I've been looking into the b vits lately. Loads of info out there I think any good name brand b complex with a dose of at leaste 15mcg of b12 is good.
I have also been looking int Benfotiamine, it seems this is a different b12 formula and should be in doses of at leaste 50mg, I just cant find it in the regular stores here so i may have to go to a herb type shop and ask about it.
Good Luck,
Brendaxx
