hiya, i wanted to add a natural remedy that works for me :lavender essential oil;its great to add about 10 drops into ur bath for a relaxing soak, or to put a lil on ur clothes to help relax u during the day, and last thing at night, to put a few drops on ur pillow, it can really help u drift off to a pleasant sleep. ive been using it for years, and i find it really helps me, i hope u do too!!! skye.

Thanks! I'll see if that helps get my son off to sleep :) And for me as well! Worrying about him has been stopping me sleeping too :(
