I found the chat room yesterday and joined the forum today. Best I introduce myself.

I landed myself in the ER a few days ago and it seems PTSD is the culprit. Must admit, I'm more than a little shocked because it was the last thing that entered my mind to explain what's been going on with me lately. I thought it was the bipolar, seems I'm wrong.

Anyway, I hope to get to know people in here and look forward to meeting you all.

You have been here like five minutes and already I think you are the bomb diggity! Welcome to phobic's.
I too suffer from ptsd and know how up and down it can be which is alot like bipolar so I can understand why you thought that, It is quite differnet tho. you are about to inbark on the long road to recovery and I'm so glad you found phobic's to help you on your journey.
