hi everyone i just found your group i am looking for new friends and support thats why i have come here i suffer from vomit phobia which has totally wrecked my life i also am anorexic because of the fear of being sick i also have bad ocd which at the moment is badly out of control i take anti emetics everyday and have been prescribed valium and olazapine i am to scared to take either of them in case i am sick if i could take them i might stand a chance of getting better i really do want my life back and to feel normal but i am to scared to take medication so this is a vicious c***le sorry if i am rambling i just needed to talk anyway thanks for listening
