yayyyyy im approved. im a 31 yr old single mum of 2 boys who are 9 and 10
recently become single :( due to allowing my anxiety to ruin a very beautiful thing.
he is a great guy everyone adores him and he just lost his dad so any prayers for him and his family would be most welcome......
had anxiety since i was 13 yrs old.mine was triggered at puberty i had not so nice thought everytime i was due my monthlies for a week at a time and during that week i would plan how i was going to do away with myself.i started to feel like a freak and had no clue what was happening to me and fear set in.i was scared of the womany stuff of the way i was feeling and i guess depression set in.i didnt feel i could te anyone incase they thought i was a freak.
then i started feeling anxious at other times ie on the way to school i always felt like i could throw up on a certain part on the way there so i avoided school which ofcourse got me into a lot of trouble.then i didnt wanna hang out with my friends and it got to the point where i didnt wanna get out of bed and didnt wanna eave home.....im 31 now and stil experiecing the agora and social phobia and anxiety and at times depression and yes its to do with my hormones i have something called poly cystic ovarian syndrome an illness with many differant factors.it's caused by insulin resistance (to much insulin in the blood stream that cant be converted to glucose to be used for energy) this does much damage to the body and i was diagnosed with high blood pressure at the rather young age of 27.women with the condition are put on metformin it tends to regulate the insulin which helps to regular the hormones and metabolism to help control the disease.so girls if u have anxiety at least ask for a hormones blood test and get your bood sugar checked cause pcos can be a factor in it for some.alternativly men can get syndrome X which is basically the same thing without the female counterpart of having cystic ovaries.there is no cure for the disease but much reserch is being done into trying to manage it better.and much reserch has been done into how to much insulin is harmful for the body and causes depression ect.
im a good person but not always an easy person im very opinionated but hate to hurt others and im willing to help and support anyone going through a hard time .i can be pretty hard to get to know i wouldnt call it shyness but waryness im not good with social relationships anymore.anyways enough about me glad to be at the site its a wonderful place and everyone is realy friendly xxxxxxxxxx
