Hi everyone. I'm Jo.
My main issue is a phobia of spiders. I have tried hypnotism - cost me a fortune and didn't work - and am hoping to get some inspiration from what looks like a fab site.

This is really a great site, I am sure you will find a lot of usefull help both in the forum here and in chat. There really are soooooo many great people here!!

Myself I don't like spiders but i wouldn't say it was a phobia, but as Dino said i'm sure you will find someone to relate to on the site!!

your at a fantastic site , i got Agropibia/ panics/ anxietys/ depression many years now, and ill tell you i am in fear of spiders BAD i need get me daughter here always calling her thank god shes 2 doors down i freak wene i see 1 or think 1.
