LIKE YOU I HAVE AGORAPHOBIA ASWELL ,HAVE HAD IT NOW OVER EIGHT YEARS SO KNOW JUST HOW YOU FEEL
A LOT OF US BOTH ON HERE AND IN CHAT SUFFER THE SAME SO WE UNDERSTAND JUST WHAT A NIGHTMARE LIVING WITH THIS CONDITION CAN BE

NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE HAD COUNSELLING MEDS ETC I KNOW IT WORKS FOR SDME UNFORTUNETLY HAS DONE NOWT FOR ME

Welcome to the forum. I don't have agoraphobia but have problems with generalised anxiety disorder. Quite a few people who use this site have agoraphobia and I'm sure you'll find support and understanding. It's a great place you have found!

Smilerlot,,,,Hello and Welcome to the forum. I have suffered with agoraphobia for 13yrs . During the last 5yrs, I've been able to slowly get out, as I have my safe places, where I can go most of the time, and not have a problem. There are a lot of people here who suffer from agoraphobia, so I think you will feel most comfortable in the chat room, when you are ready to talk...Again,,,welcome!!! FLORENCE :rolleyes:

also the putting on a brave face routine but sometimes it slips doesnt it
